Liz Fuller

Associate

Ms. Liz Fuller is an associate attorney in the federal employment practice at the Federal Practice Group. With extensive experience in various employment law matters, she represents clients in cases involving workplace discrimination, EEOC claims, prohibited personnel practices before the OSC, MSPB appeals, wrongful termination, and navigating employer grievance procedures. Ms. Fuller is dedicated to guiding clients through every stage of the legal process, with a particular focus on settlement negotiations and mediation.

Before joining the Federal Practice Group, Ms. Fuller represented clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including employment disputes, personal injury cases, and grievances and hearings on behalf of law enforcement personnel. She also served as a magistrate for the Supreme Court of Virginia. Ms. Fuller is particularly proud of her work as a special education attorney, where she provided pro bono representation to clients in administrative due process hearings and federal court under IDEA. She has experience in administrative hearings, federal court, and has had the opportunity to present oral arguments before the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.

During law school, Ms. Fuller interned as a student attorney for the St. Mary’s University Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, where she successfully secured asylum for a Congolese Tutsi client.
