Jadyn Marks

Associate

Jadyn Marks is an Associate Attorney with Federal Practice Group’s federal employment law group. She has experience representing whistleblowers, employees facing adverse actions, and employees who have experienced discrimination in the federal sector before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).

Prior to joining the Federal Practice Group, Ms. Marks served as an Associate Attorney at a Maryland-based law firm. Her role included representation of both federal and private sector employees in discrimination and harassment matters, litigating under Title VII, the Equal Pay Act, the ADA, and Whistleblower Protection laws. Ms. Marks served as a law clerk at a DC-based firm working on private sector whistleblower cases, including SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblowers. Ms. Marks also served as a law clerk for a DC-based whistleblower nonprofit.

Ms. Marks graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2022. She was Senior Notes Editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal, and her Note, Whose Lie Is It Anyway? Holding Social Media Sites Liable for Procedural Election Disinformation was published in June 2022. Ms. Marks was also a Dean’s Fellow for the Fundamentals of Lawyering program and Musical Director of the law school’s a cappella group, the Promissory Notes. She obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon.

Ms. Marks is barred in the District of Columbia and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She is a member of MWELA.
