Jack Satti

Associate

Jack Satti is part of the firm’s federal employment law practice, where he focuses on protecting the rights of federal employees in matters involving employment, labor, and national security law. He represents clients in disciplinary and suitability cases, security clearance actions, and appeals before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), as well as in whistleblower, EEO, and investigative matters.

During law school at the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law, Mr. Satti clerked for the U.S. Office of Special Counsel’s Disclosure Unit and the Federal Aviation Administration’s Employment and Labor Law Division. In these roles, he gained significant experience in national security legal issues, whistleblower law, and government transparency litigation.

At UDC Law, he served as Articles Editor of the UDC Law Review, graduating magna cum laude and earning the Clinical Legal Education Association’s award for Outstanding Externship Student for his work with the U.S. Office of Special Counsel. He also contributed to the school’s Immigration and Human Rights Clinic and the Whistleblower Protection Clinic.

Before law school, Mr. Satti worked as a legal assistant at Wilkinson Stekloff LLP, a litigation firm in Washington, D.C., and interned in the Washington office of Congressman Joe Courtney. He earned his undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross and is originally from southeastern Connecticut.
