Emma Lark
Senior Paralegal
Emma Lark is a Senior Paralegal for the Federal Practice Group’s Federal Employment team. She supports EEOC discrimination cases, MSPB Appeals, adverse actions, whistleblower retaliation, OSC complaints, and OIG investigations.
Ms. Lark is pivotal in managing case files, drafting legal documents, filing pleadings, and maintaining deadlines. Additionally, she has professional relationships and correspondences with clients, agency counsel, administrative judges, and witnesses.
Before joining Federal Practice Group, Ms. Lark was a Senior Paralegal at a Maryland-based law firm. In this role, she oversaw and served as a supervisory paralegal on all government defense cases, liaising with senior government officials.
Ms. Lark supported attorneys through all stages of litigation involving EEOC discrimination, MSPB adverse action and whistleblower claims, and District Court cases. Notably, she assisted on a Federal Tort Claims Act case in the Southern District of Florida, resulting in a historically high settlement.
