November 10th of 1775 was the start of a military branch that has altered for the better the ways our great country is able to defend itself. 236 years ago the United States Marine Corps (USMC) was created to give a new approach to military defense. The USMC utilizes the US Navy by offering additional power protection from the sea. It is important to know that while the Marine Corp works alongside the Navy, they are two separate entities, under the umbrella of serving the same country. History tells us that Captain Samuel Nicholas, originally a part of the United States Navy, had created two separate divisions on November 10th, and since then the USMC has been underway.

This day of celebration is approaching soon, and it is a time to not only be amazed at the length of the program but also to remember those who have served, and those who have lost their lives as well. Service men and woman place their lives at risk every day so that our country may be able to remain the “the land of the free and the home of the brave.” Take a moment to be thankful for those who have fought for our great country, for those who have been injured and killed for the sake of the freedom of the United States of America. Millions of people throughout history have not only given up their lives for the country, but also spent time away from their families to fight for the great cause. Remember them, and share your thanks for their service.

At The Federal Practice Group we offer our gratitude for those service people in all branches of the united States Military, thank you for all that you have done, and all you are yet to do. Our firm specializes in the area of court martial defense, and we offer our services to those who are in any branch of the military and have been charged with a crime. With years of experience under our belts, we want to not only thank those who risk their lives, but also offer ourdefensive legal services to those who are facing charges.
