Ten pilots are suing United Airlines Master Executive Council (United MEC) and Air Line Pilots Association International (ALPA) stating that “the labor representatives violated their duty to fairly represent workers under the Railway Labor Act by not pushing back against United Airlines\’ vaccine policy”.
Carol Thompson, John J. Michels Jr., and Saroja C. Koneru of the Federal Practice Group along with Christopher Halbohn and John-Paul S. Deol of Dhillon Law Group Inc., are representing the pilots.
