GSA Issues Non-Availability Determination for TAA

The General Services Administration issued a non-availability determination for the Trade Agreements clauses that certain supplies are temporarily unavailable. The determination allows agencies using GSA contracts to purchase cleaning supplies that are not manufactured in the United States or a designated country. Agencies using GSA contracts do not need to issue a separate D&F in order to purchase these supplies.

These items may be temporarily added to Schedule contracts. This determination will expire on July 1.

The following Federal Supply Classes (FSC) supplies are covered by the determination:

    • FSC 4240 - N95 Masks
    • FSC 6810 - Bleach
    • FSC 6840 - Disinfectant including cleaners, sprays, and wipes
    • FSC 7930 - Cleaners including sanitizing surface and floor cleaners
    • FSC 8520 - Hand sanitizers, soaps, and dispensers
