The Federal Practice Group is pleased to announce two new hires have joined our team: employment law attorney Ricardo Pitts-Wiley and Associate Lauren Brier.
Ricardo Pitts-Wiley has joined our team in an Of Counsel capacity and will significantly bolster the work we can do in the employment law arena. He has worked in numerous prominent Washington DC firms in the past and has provided representation for clients before the Office of the Inspector General (OIG), Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB), among other major bodies.
"When the decision to expand our practice group came about Ricardo was a natural choice to bring on board," Founding Partner Debra D'Agostino said. "Having worked with him in the past, I knew first hand his dedication to clients and skill as an attorney."
Lauren Brier will be representing clients in all aspects of government contracting, along with supporting our litigation team. Prior to her joining Federal Practice Group, Attorney Brier worked as a clerk for the Honorable Thomas G. Parisi of the Berks County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania, where she drafted judicial opinions, court orders, and other critical court documents. More recently she worked at a boutique Washington DC firm and represented clients in the DC Superior Court.
"Lauren’s intellectual prowess and work history made it an easy choice to bring her on board," said Founding Partner Eric S. Montalvo.
We welcome both Mr. Pitts-Wiley and Ms. Brier to the team and look forward to working with them. For more information on our team members, please see our press release in the Maryland Daily Examiner.
