Appealing an Adverse Action or MSPB Final Decision

If you are a federal employee and you have been subjected to an adverse action such as a lengthy suspension or even removal, it is important to remember that you do have options -- you can fight back. The Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) has jurisdiction over appeals of adverse actions from federal employees. There are varying rights and procedures involved and your case demands the attention of a skilled and experienced lawyer to aggressively defend your rights. You have worked hard to serve, build your career and provide for you and your family. One of the firm's compassionate and dedicated attorneys may be able to assist you in successfully appealing your case.

Additionally, if you go through the MSPB hearing process and you are unsatisfied with the outcome, the attorneys at The Federal Practice Group can appeal the Administrative Judge's Initial Decision through the MSPB's Petition for Review (PFR) process. If you remain unsatisfied with the MSPB's Final Decision, the attorneys can assist you with appealing to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Appealing an EEOC Decision

The attorneys at The Federal Practice Group represent federal employees in appeals to the EEOC's Office of Federal Operations (OFO) following an adverse Final Agency Decision (FAD) or ruling from an EEOC Administrative Judge. The process is difficult to navigate alone, but an attorney can guide you along the process and navigate through these difficult legal issues.
